An easy 20-minute walk on a relatively flat wooded footpath, Combe Martin has lots of village shops, pubs and access to the beach
Walkers can also take the scenic coastal path down to Combe Martin, which affords stunning views towards Watermouth Bay, Combe Martin and Lundy (30mins, mostly downhill but with some steeper, rougher patches.
In town – butcher, bakery, chemist, petrol station, post office, church and a number of pubs and restaurants, fish and chips, classic seaside village amenities (buckets, spades etc), doctor’s surgery
Combe Martin Beach is a sand and pebble beach with some great rock pools and a fantastic beach for various water sports.
